Our fifth division is Global Support, which provides shared, efficient business services and function-specific expertise to each of Informa\'s operating divisions.
The Stand Design Executive is responsible to administer the stand design review and onsite floor safety management. Making sure to collaborate with the event operation teams to coordinate suppliers and exhibitor appointed contractors to achieve the required standards.
Primary areas of responsibility for event deliverables are the MEA region. This person should hold strong Health & Safety knowledge as they will be required to provide technical guidance in the execution of events.
Qualifications
Able to demonstrate a proactive approach and take initiative, anticipating needs
Strong time management and organisational skills; can work to tight deadlines, able to prioritise and manage several different tasks at the same time
IT confident and able to work with various systems; including, but not limited to, excellent Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability and willingness to travel to events as required
NEBOSH International General Certificate is a must
A background knowledge in exhibition industry / operations
Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English/Arabic (Preferable) to both individuals and groups
Understand technical elements to construction design management
