The Role
Role Definition: \xe2\x80\xa2To support the Authority approval process at all the project stages either design or construction. Key Tasks: \xe2\x80\xa2 Review authority submission packages and confirm it is ok to go and submit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing authority approval tracker and ensuring it is up to date. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring proper interpretation of municipality codes and regulations as well as effective delivery and follow-through on submissions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, prepare minutes of meetings, and distribute them promptly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the permitting process and manage authority relationships to avoid project delays. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and implementation of requirements to obtain necessary NOC\'s and approvals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise, coordinate and follow up correspondences with all Authorities for building permits approvals and NOCs.( like DM, DCCA?TECOM, Trakhees? JAFZA, Civil Defense, ADM,ADCD...etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 Review project design and check its compliance with Authority standards and regulations.

Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering / design related subject. Years of experience: Minimum 7-10 years working in a regional, business and/or multi-stakeholder environment and demonstrated experience. SOFT SKILLS: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Arabic and English with the ability to effectively interact at all levels. Authority applications submission (Online and manually). Strong project management skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple overlapping tasks. AutoCAD (2D \xe2\x80\x93 3D). Adobe Photoshop ORGANIZATIONS: - SOE Registration. - DM Registration. - DCD Delegation Card - Trakhees Blue Card - Trakhees White Card - ADM Registration
