Job Summary:

The Stakeholder Coordinator will support stakeholder management activities on supervision and construction projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination with government authorities, clients, consultants, and contractors. With 5 years of experience, the role focuses on securing timely approvals, resolving interface issues, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and execution of stakeholder engagement plans. Coordinate with government entities, local authorities, and external agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits. Support project teams in addressing stakeholder requirements and ensuring compliance with regulations. Track and follow up on NOCs, permits, and approvals to avoid project delays. Maintain accurate records of stakeholder communications, submissions, and approvals. Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and site visits. Draft letters, reports, and presentations related to stakeholder engagement. Identify potential stakeholder issues and escalate them for resolution. Ensure alignment between project deliverables and stakeholder requirements. Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder coordination, preferably in construction/supervision consultancy. Good understanding of local authority approval processes (roads, utilities, environment, municipality, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, contractors, and authorities. Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation tools.
