About the Role:



COENGR is seeking a highly organized and proactive

Authority & Stakeholder Coordinator

to manage and oversee all authority-related approvals and stakeholder coordination for our projects across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience dealing with key local authorities such as

AD Ports, KEZAD, ADM, TAQA/ADDC, Civil Defense, and ITC

, and must be proficient in using government approval portals like

MePS, TAMM, IDAS

, and others.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the

end-to-end approval process

with relevant government and semi-government authorities for various infrastructure and building projects. Prepare and submit applications through platforms such as

MePS, TAMM, IDAS

, and ensure timely follow-up and updates. Liaise closely with

internal teams

(design, planning, project management) and

external stakeholders

to ensure all submissions meet authority requirements. Review authority feedback,

track comments, coordinate resubmissions

, and work with technical teams to implement necessary changes. Maintain and update a

log of submissions, approvals, comments

, and project clearance statuses. Coordinate and attend meetings with authorities as required to clarify design or documentation issues. Provide regular reports to project managers on approval timelines, delays, and risks related to permitting.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering or Architecture

(mandatory).

4-7 years of relevant experience

in Abu Dhabi dealing with government authorities and project permitting. Strong understanding of the

approval requirements and procedures

of entities like ADM, Civil Defense, ITC, TAQA/ADDC, KEZAD, and AD Ports. Proficient in using

government portals

such as

MePS, TAMM, IDAS

, and similar systems. Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Strong documentation and reporting skills using Excel, Word, and tracking tools.
