The Stakeholder Coordinator will oversee all the communication, approvals, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities to keep projects on track. You'll run approvals (NOCs/permits), minutes and actions, and de?risk issues before they hit time and cost.
Key Responsibilities
Act as
single point of contact
for all project stakeholders (client/consultant, main & sub?contractors, and authorities such as ADM, ADCD, ADDC/DoE, DMT, SWS, master developers, utilities).
Plan, submit, and track
NOCs/permits/inspections
; maintain an approvals schedule and escalate blockers early.
Coordinate progress and technical meetings; issue
MoMs
within 24-48 hours and drive action closure.
Maintain an up?to?date
stakeholder matrix
(contacts, roles, communication protocols).
Log and track
RFIs, site instructions, variations
; align technical/contractual communications with the PM/QS.
Monitor risks related to interfaces, public complaints, and access;
mitigate before schedule impact

Keep disciplined
document control
in the PMIS/ERP (correspondence, registers, trackers).
Support PM in monthly
progress reporting
and handover dossiers to client/authorities.
Champion HSE/Quality coordination for authority and third?party inspections.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management
(or related).
Min 3+ years' proven experience coordinating with key stakeholders, particularly UAE government authorities, municipalities, and regulatory agencies for permits, inspections, and project approvals.
Working knowledge of
UAE authority procedures
for permits/NOCs/inspections.
Excellent written and spoken
English
