Job Description

Identify all relevant stakeholders: clients, local communities, councils, contractors, utilities, landowners, government agencies, environmental groups, etc. Map stakeholders based on influence, interest, and impact on the project. Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement plan aligned with project timelines. Align stakeholder engagement with planning approvals, environmental assessments, and legal requirements. Act as the key contact for local councils, and regulatory bodies. Manage public consultations and attend forums or hearings. Address concerns related to traffic, site access, or environmental disruption. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and legal teams to ensure stakeholder concerns are integrated into the project plan. Ensure communication is clear, timely, and responsive to stakeholder needs. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Mediate disputes between stakeholders and the project team. Ensure compliance with local laws, planning conditions, and environmental regulations. Prepare documentation and reports for regulatory bodies as needed. Track engagement activities and stakeholder feedback. Prepare regular updates for senior management and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Applying for NOCs on the No Objection Certificate Program (eNOC). Applying for site inspections & drawings approvals on MEPS, TAMM, Smart Hub, UAE Hub, IPS etc. Collection and submission of all authorities required documents for BCC inspections. Following up & obtaining of the building completion certificate. Aware of authorities' requirements (Estidama, ADDC, ADSSC, ADM, ADMCC, Etisalat, Du, ADCD etc.). Obtaining constructions NOCs, NOIs, PTW, etc. Familiar with authorities' utilities platforms like TAQA eServices, TWS eServices, ITC, IPS, CDP, etc. Preparation of required CAD drawings (layouts, sections, details, coordination, superimpose, etc.) for utilities relocation, protection, manhole covers adjustment etc. as required by NOC application. Aware of IDAS, TPD & IMAS
