The Stakeholder Coordination Engineer is responsible for obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for landscape work phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and expediting approval processes by coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Analyze the need for an NOC based on project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Verify that applications align with applicable standards and guidelines.
Gather and organize technical and legal documents required for NOC submissions.
Prepare detailed reports, site plans, and blueprints to support NOC requests.
Liaise with government bodies and regulatory agencies through systems such as eNOC, ITC, IPS, and MEPS.
Address queries or provide additional documentation requested by approving authorities.
Ensure projects meet local laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Manage the clearance process with relevant authorities.
Follow up with authorities to expedite approval process.
Maintain detailed records of NOC applications, approvals, and correspondence.
Generate progress reports for management and clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding NOC status and updates.
Provide guidance to clients or project teams on meeting NOC requirements.
Address objections or rejections from authorities by revising and resubmitting documents.
