We are looking for an experienced stainless steel polisher to join our manufacturing unit.
Prior experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment with a minimum 3 years' experience.
Kitchen equipment experience is mandatory. Polishing of stainless-steel metal components to clean finishes, Use various hand tools, Fettling, Grinding, Deburring and Polishing out weld seams. Understand the project specifications and requirements.
Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, TIG welding, metal fabricating. Ensure that the correct material is used for specific jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using stainless steel materials, ensuring high quality and precision in the finished products
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine the layout and configuration of stainless steel components
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet company standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate welding projects and ensure timely completion
