:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Helper with experience in stainless steel fabrication to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the production and assembly of stainless steel components, working closely with fabricators, welders, and other team members.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in cutting, grinding, polishing, and assembling stainless steel parts
-Support welders and fabricators in daily tasks
-Operate basic hand and power tools safely
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Load and unload materials and equipment
-Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
-Perform other general labor duties as needed
Requirements:
-Prior experience or knowledge in stainless steel fabrication is required
-Familiarity with tools and machinery used in metal fabrication
-Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings or instructions
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
-Good physical condition; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
-Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic welding knowledge
Experience with polishing or finishing stainless steel
