Title: Staging Supervisor, Warehouse Location: Ras Al Khaimah- UAE Primary Responsibilities Daily Coordination with Warehouse Team
Coordinate daily requirements for raw materials and packaging components with the warehouse team.
Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate material availability for production.
SAP System Operations
Carry out SAP transactions for material staging, goods issue, stock movements, and batch tracking.
Ensure all material movements are accurately recorded in SAP, including consumption and returns.
Resolve any system-related discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.
Material Preparation & Coordination
Ensure all materials are staged in the correct quantity and location as per production requirements.
Complete batch-wise kitting of raw materials and packaging for each production order.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure all materials are ready and available on time.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels in the staging area and avoid shortages or excess.
Follow FIFO or FEFO principles for issuing materials.
Use SAP tools to track and manage inventory accurately.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain clear and accurate records of all staged, issued, and returned materials.
Make sure physical movements match SAP transactions and production batch records.
Support audits by ensuring traceability and documentation are always up to date.
Team Supervision
Manage and guide the staging team, assigning tasks and planning shifts.
Train team members on SOPs, safe handling of DG (Dangerous Goods) materials, and SAP usage.
Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with all procedures.
Process Improvement & Area Management
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient staging area using 5S principles.
Check the safety and condition of storage racks regularly and report any damage.
Report all incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions in the staging area or nearby zones.
Suggest and support improvements in staging and material handling processes, especially for DG materials.
Equipment Management
Ensure all staging equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, pumps, scales) is working properly.
Arrange for maintenance, repair, or calibration as needed.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience working in Warehouse
Any Bachelor's degree
Batch making experience.
