Developing search strategies for new talent (online, by networking, by cold calling).
Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, and continually build a pipeline of candidates.
Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing; ensure a diverse candidate pool is presented.
Effectively phone screening, interviewing all relevant applicants, reference checking and writing of the interview feedback/recommendations to the HR/Staffing Manager for selection.
Obtaining all critical information of candidates; experience, salary, motivations and fit for the position.
Ensuring that the applicant tracking system (\xe2\x80\x9cTalentPlace\xe2\x80\x9d & International Talent Pool) are consistently and effectively used.
Reviewing weekly & quarterly recruitment metrics to ensure target are being met.
Preparing the SYSTRA CV of the newly hire.
Preparing and Posting advertisement on LinkedIn, Corporate website and other job portals.
Attending weekly meetings for the staffing progress with the Staffing/HR Manager and discuss issues and target.
Create plans and strategies for the improvement of the staffing report.
Assisting the HR Manager during the negotiation.
Launching of the admin process: collecting of the documents and drafting the contract.
Preparing the documents to submit to HR Department for the Labor contract and visa processing.
Supporting the Bid team in the preparation and submission of the tender.
Preparing and reporting Assessment and Scoring table for the Bid Team
CV formatting for the Bid to achieve Satisfactory quality of the CVs prepared for submission: accuracy of the information, quality of the presentation...
PROFILE:
Degree holder. Ideally in HR, Business, Commerce, Communication or English
Creative sourcing and networking techniques, deep understanding of our clients business
Flexible nature and ability to meet changing demands in a dynamic work environment
Superior written and verbal English communication skills, with strong attention to detail
