We are seeking a Junior Staffing Specialist to assist our Regional Staffing Team with the following non-exhaustive list of tasks:
  • Supporting the regional staffing team by gathering and organizing updated CVs and platform preferences from consultants, as well as updating staffing allocations.
  • Maintaining effective communication with both local and global staffing teams.
  • Interacting with Partners to assess current and future staffing needs.
  • Compiling all Business Development staffing requests and making BD allocations.
  • Assisting in compiling and communicating Business Development/Project staffing allocations to our consultants.
  • Coordinating with the accounting team for monthly closing, ensuring consultants complete timesheets, and verifying accuracy of timesheet records.
  • Smoothly coordinating with the HR team for tasks such as consultant development and evaluations.
  • Managing and approving vacations, training, and other related activities.
  • Supporting the preparation of internal materials.
  • Developing and submitting reports on various staffing tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent understanding of staffing policies, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings as needed.
  • Proficiency in managing and juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to task completion.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficient in English.
