Job Title: Staff Nurse (U.S. Deployment - EB3 Visa Sponsorship)

Job Overview

We are seeking qualified and dedicated Staff Nurses to join leading healthcare facilities in the United States (North Carolina, Saipan & Guam).

This is an excellent opportunity for licensed nurses to advance their careers internationally through an EB3 visa sponsorship program. Successful candidates will be deployed across various hospital departments, including General Ward, Medical-Surgical, ICU, and CCU.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

License: Valid PRC, DHA, MOH Nursing License

Experience: Minimum 6 months clinical work experience

Work History: No employment gap of more than 1 year

Other Requirements (to be completed before deployment):

- NCLEX (U.S. nursing licensure exam)

- English Proficiency Exam: IELTS, OET, or MET

- VisaScreen Certification

Employment Details:

Visa Type: EB3 Immigrant Visa (Green Card sponsorship)

Work Location: Various U.S. hospitals (assignments based on availability)

Salary: Minimum Prevailing Wage $33.79/hour (final rate depends on U.S. state and hospital location)
