The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to individuals experiencing mental health conditions, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, crisis intervention, and collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with psychiatric and emotional disorders.
Conduct mental health assessments and monitor patient progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the psychiatrist.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
Assist in developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Support patients and their families through education and psycho-social interventions.
Handle emergency situations and provide de-escalation or crisis intervention as needed.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and clinic policies.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Requirements:
Education & Licensing:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from an accredited institution.
Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
(Dubai Health Authority).
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS and CPI training are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum
2 years of nursing experience
, preferably with at least
1 year in a psychiatric or mental health setting

Experience with adolescent or adult psychiatric patients is highly desirable.
Skills:
