Job Description

The staff cook must have broad based knowledge of multi-cultural cuisines in order to satisfy a large multi-cultural team who all look for comfort in home cooking.

Work location is Fujairah, UAE



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE



Formal culinary training highly regarded Level 3 - Food Hygiene & Safety (Supervisors) Level 2 - Allergy Awareness Level 2 - HACCP Safe Chemical Handling Commercial cooking experience highly regarded. 2+ years' experience working as a chef/cook in high production facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION



Passion for food - Great attention to detail and creativity Willingness to develop menus to meet diverse range of ethnic cuisines and palates for a large multi-cultural staff Exceptional organizing skills Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and nutrition Compliance with all food safety policies, procedures and practices Preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food Order food or other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation. Record keeping - staff recipe books, staff preferences, and other operational data.
