Position Overview
Leams Education in Dubai is seeking a passionate and experienced SST & Moral Education Coordinator to lead its Social Studies and Moral Education programs. The successful candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and will ensure curriculum delivery aligns with UAE Ministry of Education and KHDA requirements. This leadership role involves mentoring teachers, enhancing lesson quality, and fostering respect, tolerance, and cultural values among students.

Core Duties

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of SST & Moral Education curriculum across grade levels
• Provide guidance and support to teachers in delivering engaging, interactive lessons
• Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Education and KHDA frameworks for Social Studies and Moral Education
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing academic and behavioral guidance when necessary
• Collaborate with school leadership to enhance curriculum quality and integrate values-based learning
• Promote an inclusive school culture that emphasizes respect, tolerance, and UAE national identity

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Studies, Moral Education, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or coordinator role
• Strong command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• In-depth knowledge of UAE SST & Moral Education frameworks and KHDA requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to inspire students and staff in promoting moral and cultural values
