PROJECT SERVICES
Primary purpose of job

  • Provide first line support by receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving the operational and transactional
issues and queries received from end users for SAP PS and ES Modules to meet operational requirements.
  • Act as focal point for review of end users SAP Service Request and also act as a channel for communication between
end-users and SAP Competency Centre to resolve SAP related issues.
  • Provide Administration support as a "super-user" services for Project Document Management System (ASSAI) and
Primavera applications for PEPS Directorate end users.
Experience & Skills
  • Eight (8) years experience in functional support of SAP PS and MM-ES modules.
  • Experience of document management in a project environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time and be very results-oriented
  • Demonstrates a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and
documentation skills.
  • Expert proficiency in using MS Office suite applications.
Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or Business related field.
  • Minimum qualifications, certifications, skills, and years of relevant experience required for acceptable job performance.
