Job Summary:

As a

Senior Food & Beverage Supervisor

, you will oversee the daily operations of our F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service, team efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will be key in upholding the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations across restaurant, bar, and other F&B outlets Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences Monitor staff performance, enforce service standards, and support team development Assist with inventory control, supply ordering, and cost management Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout service areas Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for smooth service flow Prepare shift schedules and delegate responsibilities efficiently Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food safety regulations and service best practices Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools Arabic language skills are a plus (preferred)
