Role Summary
As the Sr. Specialist in the CEO Office Team, you will play a critical role in driving the company\'s growth and success by assisting in the development and execution of strategic plans and innovative initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategic projects that optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a self-starter with a proactive mindset, who can understand drivers that are important to a rapidly growing business. The best candidates will be those with a consulting or strategy, with an analytical background that want to be close to the core of the business.

\xe2\x97\x8f Support the team in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and threats to the company\'s success. This job will require complex data retrieval that results in compelling recommendations for our leadership team.
\xe2\x97\x8f Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes through automations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate and lead cross-functional projects with functions and country teams to gather insights, align strategies, and execute projects effectively.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the evaluation and prioritization of strategic initiatives based on financial viability, operational feasibility, and potential impact on key performance indicators.
\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to the development of business cases, financial models, and presentations to support strategic decision-making and secure necessary resources.
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and track the progress of strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and achievement of key milestones.
\xe2\x97\x8f Implement and optimize operations processes through excellent change management, appropriate KPIs and readiness.
\xe2\x97\x8f Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the food delivery/q-commerce sector to drive innovation and propose new ideas.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in fostering a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging creative thinking, promoting collaboration, and recognizing successful outcomes.
\xe2\x97\x8f Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders. We are looking for a strong cross group collaborator; who has the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership

What Did We Order?
\xe2\x97\x8f 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in business strategy/analytics/consulting/project management, and ideally hands-on business experience in a fast paced (ecommerce) environment.
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Innovation, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to drive informed decisions.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to assess the issues with a process, collect feedback, build a framework and work cross-functionally to solve problems
\xe2\x97\x8f Innovative mindset, with a passion for identifying and implementing new strategies, technologies, and processes to drive business growth.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical skills and ease in navigating through different data sources. Someone who has demonstrated ability to work with data, data structures and data infrastructure would be a plus.
