We're looking for a Senior Specialist Process Optimization to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store "tMart", which is the region's first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!
What's On Your Plate?
Oversee all operations KPIs (Inbound - outbound and Inventory management) - responsible to drive these healthy KPIS and enhance processes on local level e.g Picking Time, receiving Time, shrink, Inventory accuracy
Managing projects involving Stores layout - Space optimization and Utilization for all countries
Oversee Distribution center operations (Inbound, and Outbound) also and provide ideas to improve metrics
Enable local teams to identify and address process breakpoints and capitalize on process improvement opportunities
Work closely with the Technology team to build tools and capabilities to automate key processes and eliminate process breakpoints
Execute new product feature request in all countries and stores and do benefit analysis
Business case submission with benefits to central product team
Provide effective communication to influence internal and external stakeholders
Develop various actionable dashboard with analytics team
Develop SLAs and targets of various KPIs and align the local team
Partner with local leaders to drive a culture of continuous process improvement
Set the process for Inventory transaction flow (Receiving - put away - picking)
What Did We Order?
Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
Extremely organized and process-driven
Analytical skill set demonstrated by an advanced proficiency in GSheet, MS Excel, Data studio
Strong problem solving abilities
Track record of gettings things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills across a set of stakeholders
Having strong Warehouse ERP/WMS experience
