The role involves supporting the BU Originals footwear (FTW) team in achieving short and medium-term objectives for the Emerging Market (EM) Business Unit.
The individual is expected to support in the implementation of Global Concepts-to-Consumer strategies in a regionally relevant manner. This includes maintaining local systems, optimizing data management, distributing the EM newsletter, and supporting with key Go-to-Market milestones.
The role will also include the responsibility of building the footwear range for the specified category. This involves ensuring that the product range meets the needs of the EM Hub and Clusters, is competitive in terms of completeness, structure, price, and margin.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the inline footwear team with reporting and analysis on key footwear franchises & campaign performance across EM.
Single point of contact (SPOC) for all global/local system maintenance & uploads for the entire Originals BU.
Lead the BU Originals EM newsletter for the entire inline team.
Facilitate efficient communication with respective Cluster and Channel stakeholders, to enable executional excellence.
Assist with preparing range presentations & sell in tools for our key GTM milestones.
Go-to-market (GTM) & ranging strategy for specified sub-category for the Originals inline FTW team.
KPIs:
Operational excellence with System maintenance.
On time delivery of EM Newsletter, range analysis & FTW franchise performance reporting.
Understanding of key Retail KPIs \xe2\x80\x93 Rate of sale / full price sell through etc.
Delivery efficient FTW range offering (for selected sub-category) that caters to the cluster business requirements.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree in Business or Marketing.
Category Management/ Ranging/ Merchandising- or Account Marketing / Sales Experience.
