Role Summary

As part of the Third-party Logistics (3PL) team your role will focus on leading the execution of 3PL strategy via our Compliance, Special Projects, Rider Supply, Engagement and Finance programs. You will collaborate with program leads across the 3PL team to plan, implement and deliver various programs. You will establish relationships and trust with colleagues & our 3PL partners and drive programs with compassion and integrity.

What\'s On Your Plate?

• Understand end goals aligned with talabat\xe2\x80\x99s 3PL vision and formulate plans to meet those goals. Define Objectives and Key Results. Ensure cross-functional agreement and alignment on them. Complete those plans, and ensure timely delivery
• Lead operational excellence across processes and systems, improving on existing and building new processes
• Design solutions that scale workflows and programs
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively remove obstacles and handle critical issues
• Lead collaboration effort between 3PL team and other departments on cross-functional projects and workstreams
