\xc2\xb7 Needs a BE Civil Engineer or ME Civil Engineer with experience in Interior fitout and Municipality G+Unlimited License. \xc2\xb7 A competent professional with 8-10 or more years of Civil interior fitout project management. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in spearheading, managing and executing projects with cost effectiveness. \xc2\xb7 Is dynamic individual and career focused with interpersonal skill to manage a cross-cultural team \xc2\xb7 To bring in new business and project opportunities as they arise. \xc2\xb7 Comprehensive knowledge of modern engineering and project management. \xc2\xb7 Able to manage activities, assign tasks and targets are followed to all projects \xc2\xb7 Arrange manpower and material as required for projects \xc2\xb7 Should be able to communicate well in spoken and written English and other languages as required to communicate effectively within the team and clients. Be able to attend meetings/deal with the client/inspectors. \xc2\xb7 Should have strong analytical, problem-solving skills, eye for detail and able to support the
site team. \xc2\xb7 Able to ensure projects are met with agreed specifications and timelines. \xc2\xb7 Comprehensive knowledge of contracts and BOQ estimation \xc2\xb7 Maintain and interpret site drawings, topographical drawings, construction drawings, rebar drawing and rebar schedules. \xc2\xb7 Be able to use robotic instruments, GPS instruments, lasers, levels etc. and ensure works are carried out as per the contract drawings and specification. \xc2\xb7 Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports and records. \xc2\xb7 Ensure gangs are working correctly, implement and maintain permits.
