Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Specialists to lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow for new clients. This role involves building and configuring ServiceNow SaaS environments, specifically across ITSM, SAM, and HAM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build ServiceNow from scratch based on business needs
Lead the implementation of ITSM, SAM, and HAM modules
Integrate ServiceNow with other technologies, business rules, and automation scripts
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analytics
Design and develop workflows with third-party systems and APIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide guidance in ServiceNow development, configuration, and deployment
Ensure successful ServiceNow implementation to reduce overhead and administration
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in building ServiceNow platforms from scratch
Expertise in ITSM, SAM, and HAM modules
Strong knowledge of developing ServiceNow SaaS architecture and modules
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Flow Designer
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations
Ability to conduct stakeholder meetings and gather requirements
Excellent communication skills
Experience with roles such as ServiceNow Admin and Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Strong understanding of asset and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in hybrid infrastructure environments
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines * Exposure to enterprise-wide ServiceNow deployments in the Middle East region
