to join our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will bring 3 - 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, a strong network of channel partners and HNIs, and a sharp understanding of market dynamics to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and HNI clients
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide business strategy
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective lead conversion
Mentor and support junior team members to enhance team performance
Participate in roadshows, property expos, and client events to generate leads
Requirements:
5 - 8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment
Strong network of channel partners and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and demand drivers
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage
Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales software
