Role Overview

As a

Sales Engineer

in our

Electromechanical Division

, you will function at the nexus of technical mastery and client relations. Your mission: to drive business growth by delivering tailored industrial solutions across HVAC and electromechanical systems, while upholding our standards of quality, professionalism, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding project requirements and delivering expert technical proposals. Partner with engineering and procurement teams to evaluate drawings, prepare take?offs, and develop competitive quotations and technical submittals. Present tailored product solutions--ranging from HVAC equipment to industrial insulation and construction chemicals--highlighting technical advantages and commercial value. Coordinate with suppliers and internal operations to manage timelines, expedite deliveries, and resolve technical queries. Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate on proposal development and documentation (e.g., RFIs, technical datasheets, specifications). Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Stay current with industry trends, competitively benchmarking solutions, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3-8 years of experience in sales engineering, particularly within HVAC, electromechanical, or heavy industrial sectors. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and providing specifications, cost estimates, and technical proposals. Exceptional communication and presentation skills--capable of simplifying complex technical content. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the UAE market (bonus) and experience with ERP or quoting platforms is advantageous.
