We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to support and drive our sales team operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales coordination background in the IT services and solutions industry, who can streamline processes, improve performance, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily sales operations and support the team with motivation and guidance. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring timely lead conversion and client follow-up. Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management. Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure seamless communication and delivery. Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) with accurate sales data. Contribute to training and onboarding of new sales staff. Handle complex client queries and negotiations as needed. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales coordination role (preferably in IT). Strong knowledge of sales processes, metrics, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience in B2B IT sales. Proficient in Excel and sales analytics tools. Understanding of SDLC and IT terminology.
