We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented
Senior Sales Consultant
to join our Dubai-based immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales, excellent knowledge of immigration pathways (Canada, Australia, USA, UK, etc.), and a proven ability to convert high-quality leads into clients. This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue, delivering excellent client service, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Sales Conversion:
Conduct detailed consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration programs.
Convert inbound leads and walk-ins into paying clients through persuasive, value-driven selling.
Offer expert advice on Permanent Residency, Work Permits, Study Visas, and Business Migration for countries such as Canada, Australia, and the USA.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a strong pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
Relationship Management:
Build lasting relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
Provide excellent after-sales support and address client concerns throughout the immigration process.
Market Knowledge & Reporting:
Stay current with changing immigration laws, procedures, and market trends.
Record all sales activity in the CRM system and provide weekly performance reports to management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
