Title:Sr. Recruiter - Saudi National

KBR-AMCDE is a leading engineering and project management services company in Saudi Arabia that provides FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement and Project Management Services to the Onshore and Offshore oil and gas markets. Main : - Create job postings through various recruitment portals - Network with potential hires through social media and events - Create a readily available talent pipeline for expected vacancies - Source suitable candidates based on hiring manager's requirements - Screen resumes and job applications - Conduct phone screening to generate shortlists of qualified candidates - Interview candidates in person and online for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive) - Assist in mobilizing expat employees from outside the Kingdom - Responsible for orientation of new employees - Responsible for the onboarding of new employees

Main Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field - 4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition - Must be advanced in English language - Must be excellent in communication skills - Saudi National
