About the role

Responsible for overseeing the general operations of a warehouse and its staff. Handle the recording and maintaining of inventory. maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments to customers. Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates. Communicating with internal customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree 3 to 5 years related experience warehouse management / storekeeping / material handling Computer literate (Microsoft office etc), SAP working environment is preferred Self communication & customer oriented

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for all Warehouse Operations and activities: Inbound & Outbound Inventory management (Finish Goods and Spare Parts). On time delivery to customers. Ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to. Ensure 6's is in place. Stock handling, Receiving, Shipping & safeguarding of inventory. Physical inspection, verification, and preparation of support documents. Supervising Loading and offloading of material from/to trucks and containers. Record keeping of all receipt & dispatches. Follow the EH&S procedure/policy of company as per ASP manual. Preparation of all relevant documents and System Update. Stock counting, verification, reconciliation, and update to supervisor. Claims Handling and proper record keeping. Warranty claims related inventory handling.
