Experience Level:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement of work
Monitor project costs and expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgets
Manage contract administration and variations
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams for cost-related matters
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, MS Excel)
Contract management and legal understanding
Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Analytical and problem-solving skills
