Key Responsibilities:
Manage all post-contract quantity surveying duties.
Review and evaluate variations, claims, and contractual issues.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
Prepare and finalize interim and final accounts.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6-7 years of experience, with strong post-contract background.
Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and contract management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Arabic language proficiency preferred.
