Requirements:
Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying (Master's in Contracts/Procurement a plus)
4-6 years UAE experience (preferably with consultancy or main contractor)
Strong knowledge of FIDIC, BOQs, cost analysis, and tendering
Proficiency in CostX, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, AutoCAD
Excellent negotiation & communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, take-offs, and tender documents
Manage tender processes and contract finalizations
Review and certify payment applications and variations
Coordinate procurement with suppliers/subcontractors
Conduct commercial audits and suggest improvements
