We are a Contracting Company are looking for a experienced
Pre & Post Contract Estimator
to join our construction/fit-out teamat least 6 Years of work experience
in the UAE in the same field.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all pre-contract estimating activities, ensuring competitive, accurate, and well-documented BOQs are submitted in alignment with project requirements and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Has experience in both Civil Construction and Fitout Has experience in handling vendor quotes Can prepare Bill of Quantities from the Drawings / Renders. Is aware of the market rates of Labour and material. Can acquire, coordinate and negotiate with supplier and subcontractor. Can prepare Unit Rate Breakdowns of BOQ Items. Has sound technical knowledge and communication skills. Can also manage
Authority permit and NOC drawings
and documentationRequirements:
Hindi & English speaking
Bachelor's degree inCivil Engineering
, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar estimating role within the construction or fit-out sector. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Candidates who are ready to join immediately will be given preference
