Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS)

with a deep understanding of facade and aluminum systems to join our high-performing team.

Position Summary:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in delivering cost-effective project execution by managing estimations, contracts, budgets, and variations throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure financial accuracy and cost control across facade and aluminum works.

Key Responsibilities:Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, and resources related to facade and aluminum projects. Develop comprehensive

cost plans

,

budgets

, and

tender documents

based on technical drawings and client specifications. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitiveness and value for money. Work with project teams to establish realistic cost forecasts and manage financial risks.

Quantity Surveying:

Perform

quantity take-offs

from architectural and engineering drawings. Create

BOQs

and rate schedules for tendering and procurement. Obtain and assess quotations for materials and services; assist in contract negotiations. Monitor project variations and issue change orders, with impact analysis on costs and timelines.

Cost Control & Reporting:

Track project expenditures against approved budgets, identifying and mitigating deviations. Provide

cost reports

financial forecasts

, and

variance analysis

to stakeholders. Recommend

value engineering

and

cost-saving opportunities

to improve profitability.

Contract Administration:

Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage project claims or disputes. Coordinate contract close-out and final account processes in line with company policies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Quantity Surveying

Construction Management

, or a related discipline. Minimum of

5 years' experience

in quantity surveying within the

facade

and

aluminum

industry. Strong understanding of industry methods, specifications, and commercial practices. Proficiency in tools such as

CostX

Bluebeam

MS Excel

, or equivalent software. Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications. Excellent
