We are looking for a Sr. Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in
Civil / Infrastructure
background. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, contract administration, and ensuring project costs align with financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial objectives.
Lead the preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and negotiation of contracts.
Manage project expenditures, variations, and change orders to maintain budgetary control.
Supervise contract execution, prepare, and review payment applications, and manage claims or disputes.
Deliver detailed cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project financial summaries to senior management.
Provide strategic recommendations to optimize costs while maintaining quality and compliance.
Mentor junior quantity surveyors and collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients for smooth execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role handling large-scale projects.
Proficiency in QS software such as AutoCAD, CostX, or Primavera.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of FIDIC and other contractual frameworks.
RICS, MRICS, or equivalent professional membership.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
