Desired Candidate Profile:

Miniman 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out or construction industry. Proficient in MS Excel and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Plan swift, or similar). Solid understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project budgeting. Strong ability to analyze project costs, budgets, and financial data. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct accurate quantity take-offs from drawings. Liaise with subcontractors and draft agreements, ensuring progress payments align with contractual allowable. Work closely with Team Leaders and clients to follow up on work variations and pricing on an ongoing basis. Prepare detailed monthly cost reports and monitor ongoing project costs. Perform additional tasks as required by management. Prepare detailed cost estimates based on initial designs or project specifications. Monitor project expenditures and ensure the project stays within budget. Conduct cost audits and value engineering to optimize cost-efficiency. Draft and review contracts, ensuring the terms and conditions are favorable to the client. Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts. Conduct cost-benefit analysis for construction methods, materials, and equipment. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all financial transactions, project costs, and change orders. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure that construction work complies with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
