Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) is often preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on construction & landscaping projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant legislation.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficient in cost estimating and financial management software.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
