Key Responsibilities
Prepare
cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
for projects.
Conduct
feasibility studies, cost analysis, and value engineering
.
Manage
contracts, variations, and claims
in compliance with company and legal requirements.
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Negotiate and manage
subcontractor agreements
and supplier contracts.
Certify contractor payments and prepare interim and final payment applications.
Prepare accurate
progress and financial reports
for management.
Ensure compliance with
contractual obligations, FIDIC standards, and UAE construction laws
.
Provide commercial support and advice to project teams.
Lead junior QS staff and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
.
Minimum
7-10 years of experience
in Quantity Surveying, with at least
3 years in the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of
contracts (FIDIC), cost estimation, and procurement procedures
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
