Job Title SR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation delivery of CVR & various other Commercial Reports required for Business Unit, Project Control review
Profit Enhancement by identifying the opportunities to add Value & reduce Cost
Monthly & Weekly Commercial/Cost Reports
Interim Valuation, Final Account Submission and negotiation of Final Account Proposals with the Client
Effective communication and correspondence with Client /Consultant
Close Coordination with Design, Procurement, Construction &Planning Teams.
Work with Commercial Manager for Project wide commercial issues
Issue Notice Of Delays & Submission of fully detailed Cost particulars with proper substantiation
Assisting the Commercial Manager in Claims preparation(EOT & Prolongation Cost)
Support Work Winning team in identifying risks & opportunities to incorporate in future bids and tenders
Guidance & in house training to junior members of the team
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Attend Weekly Project Progress Meeting & Commercial Meeting with Client, PMC& Consultant
Maintain Project Budget Tracker with Consumption updates & Project Cost Control
CVR Reporting
Manage deliverables
Change Management & Value Engineering
Assist Bid Manager/Commercial Director for Client Presentations
Interim Valuations
Subcontract Procurement & Administration
EDUCATION & TRAINING

Graduate Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Master's Degree

Minimum 10 years of experience
