Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain the project's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and client requirements.
Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure compliance.
Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures.
Supervise QA/QC inspectors and coordinate inspections, tests, and audits.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions for non-conformances.
Manage document control related to quality (QA/QC reports, NCRs, MIRs, etc.).
Lead internal and external audits, and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies.
Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and mentoring to junior QA/QC staff and site teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum
10 years of dedicated QA/QC experience
, with12-15 years total experience in the construction industry
. Strong knowledge of international QA/QC standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, BS, ACI). Experience in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial construction projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in QA/QC software and Microsoft Office tools. Certification in QA/QC or Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) is a strong advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
