Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
10-14 years total experience
6-10 years UAE experience
Minimum 5 years with Principal Consultants (UAE)
Minimum 6 years with Main Contractors (UAE)
QA/QC & Quality Management certifications
DEWA / Dubai Municipality certification preferred
Must be able to join within 30 days
Key Responsibilities
Oversee MEP QA/QC from execution to handover
Review shop drawings, submittals, inspections, RFIs
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Monitor NCRs and ensure corrective actions
