Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control project execution and handover as per drawings, contract, QA/QC, HSE, and authority requirements
Review shop drawings, material/technical submittals, method statements, RFIs & CVIs
Review and approve inspections, testing, FATs, and third-party inspections
Review baseline programs, construction schedules, and look-ahead plans
Conduct weekly progress/technical meetings and issue MOMs
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and suppliers
Issue and close NCRs and site observations
Preferred:
Dubai Municipality & DEWA certified
QA/QC or Quality Management certifications
