Knowledge/Skills/Requirements

Having a Bachelor or Master degree in Civil / Mechanical / Structural / Naval Engineering 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Ability to understand technical / AutoCAD drawings for Engineering Service Estimation Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus Good skills in using MS Office applications (Excel) Good understanding of commercial terms and alternative pricing structures Responsibilities

Engineering Service Estimation / Proposal according to the bid Review the Client's RFQ documentation and translate into an appropriate Scope of Work & coordinate with technical and commercial departments Preparation of costing spreadsheets and completion of tender pricing formats & preparing proposals, including both technical and commercial aspects, for internal review in accordance with client requirements Preparation of technical submission documentation such as sample procedures, method statements & schedules in cooperation with the Projects/Operations Departments Prepare project handover documents after project award and lead meetings to transfer information to the incoming Project Lead & coordinate for successful project completion Maintain accurate records of tender and proposal information Assist regional offices with any required commercial activities Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for pricing Prepare weekly, monthly, yearly, and other reports as required OceanTech Solutions is an engineering consultancy serving the oil & gas and marine industries.
