Sr. Property Consultant
Job Description
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Provide guidance and support to clients through the buying or selling process.
Conduct property showings and open houses.
Develop market knowledge and stay up-to-date on property values, trends, and zoning laws.
Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
Market listings through MLS, digital platforms, social media, and traditional methods.
Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers.
Coordinate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals.
Maintain a client database and follow up with leads.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies.
