What’s On Your Plate?
Work within the digital transformation team to plan, project manage & deliver key initiatives that drive high impact on partner experience
Play a key role in planning & project timeline design for the digital transformation function, working on policy, process automation, vendor marketing & product ops
Create & monitor project Gantt charts, ensuring dependencies, risks & impacts are clearly communicated across the organisation
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable and ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Prepare basic excel dashboards to help the business take data-driven decisions, quantifying impact
Support senior program managers to coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams within regional sales, global teams & talabat product & ops teams
Prepare decks, project plans, project documentation & dashboards that can be reviewed by senior stakeholders & cross functional teams
Manage inbound queries for ongoing projects
Organising project team meetings and recording minutes of the meetings
What Did We Order?
2- 4 years of relevant experience in project management roles
Prior work experience in an eCommerce, food-tech or consulting industry
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
Strong written & verbal communication
Analytical thinking & adept with creating dashboards, Gantt charts on Excel & Google Sheets
Basic SQL is a massive plus & is preferred for this role
Ability to liaise with senior project managers, create strong presentations, slide decks & project documentation
Prior experience in on-time delivery of project solutions, ensuring all project literature is structure & well organised
Basic understanding of project management & product methodologies & excellent time management capabilities
