Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic & experienced

Sr.

Project Engineer - Civil

to oversee, lead and execute high-rise building project.

The ideal candidate must be DM approved /Trakhees approval will be preferred

with a minimum of

10 years of relevant experience

in civil & building construction works with a solid contracting background in project execution, site management, and stakeholder coordination.

Ensure struct adherence to project timelines, shop drawings & submittals. Lead & supervise site execution teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Coordinate with engineering, consultants and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end civil construction activities and resource mobilisation. Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements. Preparing of Shop drawings & Submittals consultant & client approval Supervise site execution teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and client teams. Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management. Handle risk assessments, change orders, and technical documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. DM /Trakhees approval will be preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction & building construction works Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls and execution. Proficiency in Cad & Other project management tools (Primavera/MS Project). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: AED130,000.00 - AED150,000.00 per year
