Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6 / MS Project
Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and look-ahead programs
Monitor project progress and analyze schedule variances and delays
Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
Conduct delay analysis and support claims, EOT submissions, and mitigation plans
Ensure planning activities align with contract requirements and project milestones
Participate in progress meetings and provide planning input for decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field
8-15 years
of experience in construction planning
Proven experience in high-rise building projects
(residential / commercial / mixed-use)
Strong proficiency in
Primavera P6
(mandatory)
Good knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
