Senior Planning Engineer:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Planning Engineer
with a minimum of5 years of proven experience in the construction field
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6/MS Project). Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to align project timelines. Track project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans. Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management review. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and company standards. Assist in resource planning, cost forecasting, and project control activities. Support tendering and bidding processes with time and resource estimation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum
5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry
. Strong knowledge of project management and construction processes. Proficiency inPrimavera P6
and MS Project. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
