Job Description
Position
: Sr. Planning EngineerResponsibilities
:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
Requirements
:Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience
: Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. At least 5 years of experience in the UAE. Proven experience in residential building construction projects.Skills
: Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.Certifications
: PMI-PMP or PMI-SP certification is a plus.Only candidates meeting the above requirements and available in the UAE will be contacted
